Transfer a Digital Ocean Droplet Image

1. Log into Digital Ocean
2. Click on your Droplet
3. Click on SnapShots
4. Choose a name and then take a live Snapshot
5. After the snapshot completes you should see it under "Droplet Snapshots"
6. Click on "More" next to your droplet snapshot
7. Click on "Change Owner"
8. Use the email support [at] altispeed [dot] com
At this point you will loose access to the snapshot and Altispeed will have access to that snapshot. At this point we will be able to work on your server without affecting any of your data.
2. Click on your Droplet
3. Click on SnapShots
